Being passionate about training and mentoring, I consistently felt the need for quality IT education. With substantial experience in the IT industry, I am cognizant of the pain points in Computer education. Learning is perpetual; I have undertaken several trainings myself, as IT is a vast and dynamic field. To evolve in your career, you must keep learning constantly.
To me, “TRAINING SHOULD BE JOB-ORIENTED AND ACTIONABLE”
I implement the training sessions the way I would like to learn myself. Conceptual learning alone does not suffice; every student should experience and benefit from hands-on training. Real-world scenarios should be discussed and worked on.
It is crucial that an instructor’s knowledge is not limited to academics; they should be able to express their ideas clearly. One thing I often find lacking in many video-based training programs is the interaction with the Instructor. Such training should be accompanied with engagement with the Instructor. An efficient instructor should be able to share their work experience with the student. In our sessions, we prioritize on communication. We conduct holistic training sessions for our trainees to evolve into competent IT consultants.
