Our Process

We follow the below process to make sure we provide you the best service possible. Please email all relevant information and documents to hello@ohiocomputeracademy.com

  • Job Requirement Submission
  • Submit requirements as detailed as possible. Mention clearly the role, technologies involved and what specifically you are looking for in an ideal candidate.
  • Submit Candidates' Resumes
  • Screening level requested – Entry, Intermediate or Expert level
  • Resume shortlisting. If you have received a large number of resumes for the position, you can perform the resume shortlisting in two ways:
    1. @Client end. You can short-list the resume and give us your top resumes for screening.
    2. @Ohio Computer Academy. You provide us all the resumes you have received and we short-list the top resumes for you. We will get them reviewed by you and then proceed to screening.
  • Timeline. Let us know the deadline by which you need the screening report.

Screening Method

You can request any of the following types of screening methods.

  • Teleconferencing/Video conferencing. Verbal screening.
  • Written Test
  • Face-to-face. In person screening.

Screening Report

Once all the above requirements are submitted, we will perform the candidate screening. We will provide you with our screening report. This report will score the candidate on the following:

  • Communication skills
  • Overall skills
  • Relevant fundamentals
  • Relevant skills
  • Candidate Assessed Ranking
